Lesnaya Gavan Park-Hotel is a new form of a quality and diverse countryside leisure-time.
The hotel is located near the highway M1 "Brest-Moscow" 20 km from the city of Brest and covers an area of 15 hectares. There are on a spacious landscaped area: a hotel complex; bungalow-houses; a premium house; an administration block (reception); bar and grill; a two-storey restaurant; a bathing zone; a car parking; an alley of summerhouses with barbecues; a playground; a shooting range; a summer swimming pool; a park of miniatures of the Belarusian sightseeings etc.
Just in several years of work Lesnaya gavan turned into a multifunctional complex able to solve any problems in the field of hospitality. The hotel has actively been hosting guests since 2016.
Construction of main objects of the park-hotel was carried out in stages. Bar and grill Polyana, which is a summer ground for organizing catering for guests, was put into operation in July 2015. The children's playground was put into operation in December 2015. The administrative block consisting of a reception and a guarded car parking was put into operation in 2016. The hotel complex was organized on the basis of the previous construction the modernization of which was finished in 2015.
In 2017 the construction of the alley of summerhouses was completed and the park of miniatures was organized on the territory. In December 2017 the construction of the amphitheater and the surface infrastructure development of the beach began. Three bungalow and the premium house were put into operation in 2018. In February 2018 the construction of the two-storey restaurant was started, opening of the second storey is planned for December 2018. Commissioning of own laundry is planned for December 2018.
Plans for the complex development: an equipped beach, Spa & Welness zone, rope course, tennis court, amphitheater and outdoor playground for children of any age. In parallel with the construction of basic facilities there is an improvement of the complex territory organized.
The park-hotel makes a significant contribution to the development of new service standards in the tourist industry and the sphere of hotel business.
